Understanding the Link Between Physical and Mental Health


Physical and mental health are often seen as two separate entities, but the truth is that they are closely intertwined. Our physical health directly impacts our mental well-being, and vice versa. Understanding the link between the two is crucial for maintaining overall wellness.

Physical health plays a significant role in our mental health. Understanding the link between physical and mental health is essential for promoting holistic wellness.
